Loki doesn't object to the pace, hiking her skirts up slightly so they don't get snagged on the undergrowth and jogging lightly alongside Blaze to keep up. Her legs are long, though, in any form, and she does not seem to get out of breath, at least not at this speed. In contrast to the Exo's powerful tread, Loki's steps are almost silent, as faint as a light breeze of the leaf litter.

"Not without me, they don't," she says firmly. "Nor would Solvi. Fǫnn might, though. She is used to picking her own herbs in the wild."

She pauses and tilts her head at the way Blaze slows. "Are you all right?"
