"Lord Shaxx keeps his post outside the Vanguards' hall," Blaze explains, possibly overestimating how much sense that will make to Steve. "He oversees the Crucible- live-fire combat training, Guardian on Guardian. He'll want to take a look at your shield, and he'll know who to ask about training."
