"Sounds familiar," Blaze comments breezily. "Must've heard a dialect of that before." She'll be paying attention to the translation, even if it makes her chuckle. Not because it's particularly funny, she's just in a chuckling mood now.

"Our Earth is round about a thousand years ahead of this. Assuming we've got the estimates right. Not like we can really tell. Got records of lots of ancient languages though. Crypto-archaeologists love them. Hell, most of us know a few."
