"Guardian, may I remind you that your functioning will be impaired until you rest." There's no 'may' in the Ghost's tone, and the formal title, in this case, sounds just a bit like a parent using a child's full name to scold them.

Blaze grimaces to herself. Procrastination doesn't suit her, doesn't sit well with how she sees herself. But she feels no eagerness to see what waits for her when she closes her eyes.

"So, uh." She rolls her shoulders with a sigh. "Anything I need to do before I get down to some shuteye?"
