The hydra recoils under the impact; a second later Blaze tears through her comrade's wake. While the biggest Vex tries to trap Samus in its shield and retaliate, the Guardian boosts over its lesser kin and hits the oracle with all the Light she's got mustered.

The moment it breaks, the Vex waver in their fire, reassessing the situation. The Wolf, unheeded, scrambles from cover and dives for the biggest remnant of servitor it can see. Then there's a lurch as the anti-gravity suspension starts to fail, and the Vex decide. Time to disappear.
